Belgian white

It is introduction of Belgian white.

Raw materials of ale are usually barley. But this Yale uses wheat. We are called white ale to be muddy white when we use wheat for bass.

Some acidity is strengthened when we use wheat, and bubble rice cake improves. Furthermore, there is produced acidity of balance by adding spice of zest and coriander; is refreshing; taste. (we use Sakurajima small mandarin orange / Kagoshima tankanno skin made specially in Kagoshima in our bulldog Wally.)

In fact, this ale, woman have nice how to drink. We match pancake which we hung maple syrup what well. It is delicious to drink as dessert beer.

Pale ale loquat tea

It is Pale ale loquat tea characterized by bitterness and flavor of hop in fruity taste. He/she seemed to drink in Japan early in the Meiji era from the late Tokugawa period. It is said that mellow loquat tea is good for beauty and health maintenance slightly indulgently, and the work attracts attention.

Handmade Yale who poured a lot of love while always checking temperature and yeast every single day. We do new face of Hotel Shiroyama Kagoshima, introduction of "Shiroyama ale".

"Beer" Difference of to "ale"

In the first place beer is generic name of rugger and ale. Ale is top surface fermentation, and, also, bottom fermentation is different in each difference rugger during fermentation temperature and period. Shiroyama Brewery is high "ale" of the freshness using top fermenting yeast.

Ale more than high characteristic 1 malt ratio beer?

Even if characteristic of Shiroyama ale is called anything, it is the amount of of the malt ratio. Originally ale was positioning called drink which was indispensable to health in the U.K.

We arrange it in Shiroyama Brewery originally and brew ale.

Low-malt beer is around 25% of malt ratios, but, as for the commercially available beer, there are usually more than 95% in Shiroyama Brewery more than 67%, too.

They add brown sugar, and sale, tax are beer taxes as low-malt beer on the tax law to take in thing which is good for essence, body of ale as vice-raw materials.

While low-malt beer reduces quantity of malt, we let you can enter a lot and ferment and we reduce tax and sell saccharide and starch, but ale of Shiroyama is usually "ale of the best" which let, in addition, vice-raw materials better for the health ferment to raw materials that it is to perfect beer.


Raw materials of characteristic 2 feelings

1. Malt

Out of feelings, "we match Japanese tongue", malt mixes several kinds of things of high quality which we imported from Germany with the U.K. and creates wort of deep taste.

2. WED

4. Yeast

Yeast uses yeast of high quality from Europe and America. Because deposition cohesiveness is high, we become clear Yale having higher transparency. Of course yeast lives as we do not do filtration or heat-treatment at all.

Shiroyama ale of the malt ratio of more than 95%. Abundant mineral is included in malt including vitamin B complex in a good balance.
